MusicaViva - RSI/Rete Due

A gradual return to music played -and narrated- "live", with all the energy and emotions it brings, hosting live radio and videostreaming of musicians from Italian-speaking Switzerland. This is the main aim of the series of events that the Events and Music sector and the three RSI radio networks are organising and promoting under the aegis of the MusicaViva brand, starting in June and continuing throughout the summer at least. The Swiss-Italian music scene is once again being given space, voice and support in the RSI studios, after a recent period of forced inactivity. The almost weekly programme has no restrictions in terms of genre, ranging from rock to blues, classical to jazz, pop to folk... Over the course of the weeks, artists and ensembles who have contributed so much to the development of the regional music scene - and beyond - will alternate.

MusicaViva in this month of April will allow us to discover on the airwaves of Rete Due and in pictures (rsi.ch/musica) this young talent of the keyboard, engaged in pages ranging from the Baroque of London's Händel to the mature Classicism of Haydn, to arrive at the piano Romanticism par excellence with extracts from Schumann's Kreisleriana cycle.
